Well done to all members who took part in Ballymena Reliability Trial.

Our club was well represented at today’s Reliability Trial with Ciaran Mc Conville first rider home. He was impressive from start to finish and wasn’t intimidated by some big names in the pack.

Well done to all those who finished in the A group and also to those who finished in the B group especially Barry O’Hagan and John Mc Donald.

I think this is proof that Niall’s Spin classes are bringing us all on and there’s still some hard classes ahead.

Thanks to Neil Higgins and Jonny for all their help with the support vehicle.

Sunday Club Run 24th January.

This route is for those members who are not for the Ballymena Road Club Reliability Trial tomorrow.

Nice easy route of 42 miles which will hopefully get us all out on the road again after all the effort put into the Spin classes over the past few months.

Usual meet up time of 8.30am at The Hub.

Anyone for the Ballymena Run can meet up at same time to organise transportation.

Sunday Club Run 17th January.

Tomorrows club run will depend on weather conditions. Its to be dry but could be frosty so we will meet up as usual at 8.30am to decide.

If its frosty some of us will drive into Ballymoney and cycle down around the Port.

Others talked about a spin class so no excuse for not getting your winter training done.

9Jan

Sunday Club Run 10th January.

This is the planned route for tomorrow which is 55 miles.

There is an option to cut short in Broughshane for those who dont want to do the climb out of Glenariffe on way home.

Hopefully weather will be ok but please take care as there could be ice or excess water.

One of our members Mabel Higgins came off this morning due to an oil spillage so we wish her speedy recovery.
