Michael Morrison personal trainer coming to hub on tuesday night 6.30pm.

Michael Morrison is a personal trainer and sports nutritionist who is taking a spin class and showing us some weight training exercises.

He will also be talking about what we should be eating to improve our performance.

If anyone is interested please call down as a few members have expressed an interest in this and he will be available to do classes every week.

He will be there from 6.30 to 7.30pm and due to this Nialls spin classes will be 7.30 and 8.30 for this week only.
